Effective date: September 5, 2026
- Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Koohestani Professional Corporation, operating as Kooh Law (“Kooh Law,” “we,” or “us”), handles information through the Kooh Law Performance Connector (“Connector”). The Connector is an internal reporting tool available only to authorized Kooh Law personnel.
- Information Accessed
With authorization, the Connector may access:
• Google Ads account and campaign reporting information, including campaign names, impressions, clicks, costs, and configured conversion metrics;
• Operational data from approved firm systems, including Clio and RingCentral, needed to prepare aggregated practice-performance reports; and
• OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and other technical information required to establish and maintain authorized connections.
The Connector does not use Google Ads to create, edit, or delete advertisements. Its Google Ads functionality is limited to reporting. The Connector does not intentionally collect search terms, advertisement text, click identifiers, client communications, or the contents of legal files for its reporting output.
- How Information Is Used
Information is used only to:
• Authenticate and maintain authorized system connections;
• Retrieve and aggregate approved performance metrics;
• Prepare internal reports concerning marketing and law-practice operations;
• Monitor the reliability and security of the Connector; and
• Investigate and correct technical problems.
We do not sell information obtained through the Connector or use it for unrelated advertising or marketing.
- Google API Data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
The Connector requests only the Google authorization needed for its reporting function.
- Storage and Security
The Connector is hosted using Microsoft Azure services. OAuth credentials and tokens are protected using Azure Key Vault, access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest.
Access is restricted to authorized Kooh Law personnel and approved service providers that require access to operate, secure, or support the Connector. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
- Sharing
Information may be processed by approved technology service providers solely to host the Connector, maintain secure connections, and generate authorized internal reports. We may also disclose information where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell Google user data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.
- Retention and Deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only while an authorized connection remains active or as required to operate the Connector. Raw data obtained from connected services is processed only as necessary to generate reports and is not retained by the Connector longer than reasonably necessary.
Aggregated reports may be retained within Kooh Law’s authorized systems in accordance with the firm’s operational, legal, and security requirements. When access is revoked or no longer required, related credentials and tokens will be deleted or disabled within a reasonable period, subject to legal and security obligations.
- User Choices and Revocation
An authorized user may revoke the Connector’s access through their Google Account:
Users may also contact Kooh Law to request that an authorized connection be disabled or related Connector data be deleted, subject to applicable legal and records-retention requirements.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Connector, applicable law, or security and privacy practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
