Kooh Law Performance Connector Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026

  1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Kooh Law Performance Connector (“Connector”), operated by Koohestani Professional Corporation, operating as Kooh Law (“Kooh Law,” “we,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Connector, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Connector.

  1. Authorized Internal Use

The Connector is an internal business-reporting tool intended only for authorized Kooh Law personnel. It is not offered as a public service.

Users must access only accounts and information they are authorized to access. Users must not share credentials, tokens, or access links with unauthorized persons or attempt to bypass the Connector’s security controls.

  1. Connector Function

The Connector retrieves approved information from authorized firm systems, including Google Ads, Clio, and RingCentral, and prepares aggregated reports concerning marketing and law-practice performance.

The Connector’s Google Ads functionality is limited to reporting. It does not create, edit, manage, or delete advertisements.

  1. No Legal or Financial Advice

The Connector is an administrative and analytical tool. Its reports do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Reports may contain estimates, incomplete information, or differences caused by source-system limitations, reporting periods, delayed updates, or third-party API availability. Important information should be verified against the applicable source system before decisions are made.

  1. User Responsibilities

Authorized users agree to:

• Use the Connector only for legitimate Kooh Law business purposes;

• Comply with applicable laws, professional obligations, and firm policies;

• Protect account credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access;

• Review reports reasonably before relying on them; and

• Avoid attempting to access information outside the approved reporting functions.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Connector depends on third-party services, including Google Ads, Clio, RingCentral, and Microsoft Azure. Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for interruptions, changes, inaccuracies, or discontinued functionality caused by third-party services.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Information accessed through the Connector is handled in accordance with the Kooh Law Performance Connector Privacy Policy:

Users must not use the Connector to access, disclose, or distribute personal, confidential, or privileged information except as authorized and necessary for legitimate firm purposes.

  1. Availability and Security

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Connector to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or business operations.

Although reasonable safeguards are used, uninterrupted operation and complete freedom from errors or security risks cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Connector is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kooh Law disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kooh Law will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Connector.

  1. Suspension and Termination

Kooh Law may suspend or terminate access where authorization ends, security may be at risk, these Terms are violated, or continued access is no longer required for firm operations.

Upon termination, the user must stop using the Connector and must not retain or use credentials or access tokens associated with it.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Connector, applicable law, or firm practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
